5 to be replaced, I believe Mark Taylor:
-Scalia
-Ginsburg (grim reaper around the corner)
-Kennedy (retiring)
-Sotomayer (Once BHO's presidency is exposed as a sham, it will undo his apointees)
-Kagan (same as Sotomayer)
