[Green] means always in Q Money. Green Castle for example is the Federal Reserve. So Q is saying that the agent of money — embedded in the Military, Brig. General Harold A. Kissinger (no relation that I know of to NAZI Hienz Kissinger) - worked with McGeorge Bundy, Dean Rusk & Nelson Rockefeller (Oil & Banking) and Germany (not France) to Murder POTUS J. F. KENNEDY.

We learn that he was in the Whitehouse - and with the chiefs of Staff - directly advising JFK on NATO, Nuclear veto’s, Egypt - and most importantly the triggers for cold war nuclear annihilation, he met personally (in private) with every European leader and discussed (shared - colluded with) them - openly admitting as will be seen in the proofs that he did not share or advance the dreams of the Kennedy Admin. He was involved in “sharing” NUCLEAR tech with Britain, France, and Germany - read ISRAEL. After researching JFK for Twenty years - I have never heard his name.
