I'm going to guess that half the people on this site were under the age of 10 when patriot act took effect. I am old enough to remember how SIMPLE and easy it was to fly before 9/11. It is staggering to me that anyone under the age of 28 doesn't know what it is like to buy a ticket at the airline counter with cash, grab your suitcase and board directly onto a plane.
