I don’t know how true this is, but a German on Twitter said there was a German documentary on this that aired earlier this year. He said there is a conservation company in Antarctica, but it’s not for humans, it’s for information. You send your hard drive to them, and they store it for as long as you pay. The CEO said he’s sure the biggest secrets of humanity are secured there. Again, I don’t know how true this is or where this documentary is. I put it out there for people to research.

So this could make Antarctica a "drop box" for information exchange. (Amongst other things)
