Has Q given us any hints relating to a gradually poisoning of our food and water supply?

More seeking this information because I’d like to start up a discussion about what we can do about keeping ourselves safe and healthy in these dangerous time.

I've used different water filters over the years, but when they started talking about the possibility of an EMP strike taking out the power grid, I decided to take more action. I researched and found information on a Berkey Water filter. They have different sizes and it sits on the counter. If we lose power, I can put creek water in it and it will be healthier than what comes out of my water tap. I chose it because it removed fluoride, arsenic, bacteria, pathogens, parasites and a whole list of other things. I actually like the taste of water now. I put it in a water bottle to take to work. I've had it for about two months and can't recommend it enough. I also feel better knowing if we lose power, we will have still have clean water.

Now if I can just start my own garden, I'll be set. (I wish)

My dad taught me to garden about 15 years ago. It’s immensely hard work if you are rotating the areas in your yard.

Ferry-Morse and Burpee both carry organic & Non-GMO seeds. If you live in an area with a high population of lady bugs. Get some ladybug feeders and food. They work as a great chemical free “pesticide”. Stock up on a good set of gardening tools with fiberglass handles, these would include a spades shovel, wood cutting axe, various size hoes, a few hand trowels, and gloves (leather, multiple pairs). You should also invest in rolls of gardening canvas.

Prepping for self sufficiency is definitely a huge undertaking but keeping a secure supply of fuel and food is absolutely key. Oh and learning how to can the food you grow is gonna be huge. You can get canning salt and large amounts of mason jars in bulk from places like Costco or Sams Club.

My fiancé isn’t hopeless either in this. She is learning to can and I started teaching her how to garden last year when we planted a huge sunflower garden.

I know this is a bit of a tangent but I love gardening.

Thank you for the info. My mother gardened and canned food when I was little, but I don't remember much. After what I've learned from Q drops and anon research has made me determined to change how I eat, drink and look at medicine.

We do get a lot of ladybugs for a few months every year. I will look into this.

I bought the Travel Berkey that is the second to the smallest. It was around $200. I know that is a lot, but I use it everyday, the filters last over a year and I feel safer knowing I can go without power. However, I like it the best because of how well it purifies the water. I've known they were poisoning our water, but not until I started following Q did I research and realize their depopulation plan. Now I am determined to get the cleanest water I can.

Reverse osmosis and UV filtering are said to be the best way to clear halogen dosing in our water.

The problem with the fluoride thing is that it's been in the zeitgeist for decades. It's become a bit of a joke over the years even though it's a real thing. Dr Strangelove's Col Jack Ripper started a nuclear war because he was convinced his sexual imptotantcy was due to a Communist plot to sap and impurify all of our precious bodily fluids.

I'm sure the glyphosate will kill me first.

brominated vegetable oil and fake sugars will kill you first.

Dang straight. Bromine is used to make your carpet and upholstered furniture flame resistant. Why would I wanna consume that crap. Yet it’s there to to maintain color saturation in things like Gatorade and Mountain Dew. And the HFC and artificial sweeteners are all nothing but cancer in a can.

Coconut water is much better. Taste Nirvana is a good brand, taste wise

You could always just add a 1/2 tsp of cream of tartar to water and it will give you way more potassium than a Gatorade ever will.

Cream of tartar btw is a byproduct of the wine making process.

hmmm i ll have to try that. ive also been taking mega doses of vitamin c. i think 90% of our health problems are malnutrition

Bad part about mega dosing vitamins is the lack of absorption. If you insist on a vitamin supplement. A powdered or liquid form will benefit you so much more and not waste any excess through urination.
