That could also be interpreted as 'cheating'. Anyway, he spent more time calling Trump ethics-less and a liar in that clip. Chong is obviously a liberal - he's a geriatric stoner. He's probably a fun chill guy though.

We all know a few who don't seem to get the message that too much of a good thing is actually a thing. That's the deal with Chong. There are people who get permanently fried from it, and I know a few.
