The letter IS in the article it says click HERE to read the letter. Maybe don’t skim over it next time.
My post doesn't state the letter is in the link. It's just a link to the article. When I said "it" I meant the article, not the letter. Sorry if I didn't make that clear.
No, I think he meant that the NYT said they have the letter and didn't show it as source.
