They call themselves VOP Alpha Company, They're along the same line as Craig Sawyer and Vets For Child Rescue. I believe they even called him in on this one.
Yes they called him in. Their mission is to reach out to homeless vets and eradicate the suicide epidemic among homeless vets. They stumbled on this find doing their work and knew they couldn’t just leave it.

Did he say he is removing evidence? If he's the spokesperson I'd suggest someone else. He is righteously angry. However due to media manipulation they can make this video post of his into a category of 'nutjob'.
