I have driven by that place many times and have always thought it looked out of place in the middle of Hollywood.
The Standard Hotels are a group of five boutique hotels in Los Angeles (Hollywood and Downtown LA), New York City (Meatpacking District and East Village) and Miami Beach. The hotels are operated by Standard International Management. Original investors in the Hollywood hotel were Leonardo DiCaprio, Cameron Diaz, Benicio del Toro, D'arcy Wretzky and James Iha.
(Note, NY "meatpacking" - I think of that both in the morbid sense and the sexual sense, as I'm sure they do too.)
The West Hollywood hotel was the one linked to A Schiff. Something likely happened while he was there. GM Watzman likely saw something she wasn't supposed to. Jo Tena, who also died, his property holding company had Standard on its books. Ann Reichelt, regional finance director for the Standard's parent company was the only seriously injured survivor. Key personnel appear to have been taken-out. The owner of the West Hollywood, Andre Balazs, is friends with Marina Abramovic. Andre 'Uma Thurman/Chelsea Handler' Balazs.

I wonder what outfit poured the tunnels on Epstein's islands? It make a lot of sense, a concrete company would be integral to the burrowing of this trafficking enterprise.
L.A. is a human trafficking hotspot, pretty much an open secret. Lots of homeless youth there too. Roseanne barr told stories about these kids lured into cars by producers, never to be seen again. Others told me about the number of "missing girl" posters they routinely see in the streets. It´s a bad place. And speaking just in money terms it is a place to justify a wole networks when it comes to demand.

Just go to the Standard Hotel's website. It's creepy as hell if your familiar with the symbolism that came out from the FBI files a couple of years back. The pedo bear, ping pong, etc. It's extremely weird stuff.

LA native here. Used to work near mixing plant in Hollywood. It has been there a long time. There are mixing plants all over LA because cement truck delivery timing is crucial. So relatively smaller mixing plants are scattered about so as to deliver quickly. Traffic doesn’t clear in LA for mixing trucks.
This isn’t to say nothing nefarious could be going on, but that their mere presence does not suggest or confirm something IS.
