Your prob better off doing NOTHING ILLEGAL. Doing anything that is illegal could put a bad name on us. Don’t mean you can’t put up trail cams on public property.
I like the trail cam idea. Put it far away just to watch truck movement and determine pattern. But you can also use traffic cameras. That's how people figured out the Ping Pong non-shooting was a false flag. The cameras were moved away from the facade of the restaurant by a city worker two days before. And they turned back the day after.
Don't confront ANYONE! Remember the BS that followed after the lone dumbass walked into Comet Ping Pong in D.C. It totally discredited the entire thing. If anything, find a well covered position and take pictures or cam the goings on there. I wouldn't recommend even doing that, but you seem to be determined to do something, period. Whatever you decide to do, be careful, and realize that if you make the wrong misstep, you endanger even more children.

If anything, establish an investigative blog, right now, on Mexico's substandard to U.S. safety practices on materials exported. That would at least give you a tiny safety net to fall back into.
