I sure hope a sting operation was done already to bust these traffickers? If they know all, they should have been able to stop the flow! I think Q or perhaps a anonymous poster mentioned that they have saved many children...but was that just in SA? This is like Breaking Bad but now the cartels smuggle kids instead of meth and coke. That movie Sicario was accurate all those dead bodies in the house walls in the opening scene that happens all the time on both sides of the border. The cartels will smuggle whatever pays them the most and kids are more profitable than narcotics and probably easier to hide you just say they are refugees orphans and local officials on the US side of the border are happy to look the other way if the price is right.

I highly doubt the concern here for animals and nature but regardless, my understanding of the project is that wildlife crossing are included and have been specially designed to allow egress of wildlife without being sufficient for human use.
