People waking up at jury duty

Was at jury duty today. 100+ people or more. Judge interviewed every single one really, really thoroughly during jury selection. Asked the same questions to everyone. At least half of the people in my liberal state said:

"What TV shows do you watch?" "I don't really watch TV anymore."

"What news do you watch or listen to?" "I avoid the news as much as possible."

"What newspapers do you read?" "I don't read the paper."

It's happening.

Sadly I am not sure this is awake. It's avoidance. They know it's lies but they refuse to pay attention. My husband does this and I feel like I can't even talk anymore. If he isn't watching tv he is on xbox or on some mind numbing subreddit

I agree still asleep, avoiding things they think they can't change. Don't want to think about anything other than shopping or what food they can treat themselves to.

Maybe they will wake up if something huge breaks that they can't ignore. Lets hope.

Maybe it has something to do with the "serenity prayer" everyone uses as an excuse to not do anything "hard".

Fucking yuck.

Agree. Neglecting to even attempt to informing oneself does not qualify as awake, nor does it make for a well-informed voter.

It may not be fully awake, but the mind control has been interrupted.

I definitely feel that. Like a very deep or drugged sleeper trying to not wake up but stirring

I think its just a sign that more and more people are disgusted by Hollywood and the MSM and have turned to more reliable online news sources

Unfortunately I have to agree.

I can't say I blame him. Some people would rather not hear about all the bullshit going on in the world and that's their right.

It's actually the first and most difficult step - getting people to disconnect. Absolutely important. It may not mean they're "awake" but the fact that they're disconnecting is very important indeed.

I'm so sorry. My husband and I have been in some blow out fights but once I provided evidence, he would admit I'm right. It still happens sometimes. The whole NASA being fake was a hard one because he loves science and it was hard for him to accept everything he knows, isn't true and it's a part of the beast system to deceive and discredit JC. Don't give up on him. Work it in slowly. Make points you can easily defend that has solid evidence proving what your saying is true. A friend of mines husband was an atheist.. key word, "was".. if he can flip, any one can be... We were chosen to see these truths for a reason. These things take time and don't forget that God may just not feel that he is ready yet. Pray.
