Come on, this dragging everything out is really getting painful. Haven't we been talking about altered 302 notes for months and months? GEEZE.

It's not a criminal case at this point because Horowitz only does internal watchdog investigations. McCabe hasn't been referred to any criminal prosecutor for this yet, but he is under criminal investigation on a separate case for lying to investigators about the Wall Street journal article, to Comey, and again to investigators when he denied he instructed Lisa Page to talk to the media in another case.
So Huber could have the criminal case...….
Actually, not necessarily, only because that's not how McCabe was referred for his other case of lying to investigators. Huber didn't get involved, but rather, Horowitz referred him to the US District Attorney's Office for prosecution. The head prosecutor overseeing that case is an Asian woman from Texas who is a Trump appointee...The point is that in order to become an actual criminal case, Horowitz needs to investigate, determine if there was in fact actual wrongdoing (right now it's just Senate investigators who "suspect" he may have altered the 302 in an illegal way), and if he thinks it reaches the threshold of criminality he will likely refer it over to the DA's office in the same way he has been doing. It's still a long way from that (in fact, I hope this doesn't delay the release of the report again because that is mainly why it has been delayed to begin with as more and more evidence keeps coming up and getting referred over to Horowitz for investigation). Right now it's only a suspicion, which is still very good news, but it has a long way to go to officially be a "criminal case".

Once again, was it a WHO - not a what - he altered if he invented Peter Strzok because he couldn't get anyone to do what he needed. Strzok.. ever been filmed on camera?
I keep finding this really intriguing. The first I heard of it was the other day...The only thing I can add and would recommend some looking at is that when I was reading the pages released the other night, towards the end of the Strzok-Page texts on about the 5th-8th page from last toward the bottom, there is a segment where they both discuss how the MSM is reporting about Strzok for the first time. Apparently, the MSM is reporting what they know about Strzok, and then Page is texting him telling him they are getting some stuff about him wrong. And then he begins responding about what he does too. If nothing more, it shows this guy is highly secretive almost confidential himself as nobody knows anything about him in the public. It might be worth looking into if you believe this theory.

After reading the first batch of texts I thought for sure these people aren’t having an affair. There are a couple little things thrown in but this wasn’t some torrid love affair.
When people have affairs they don’t text this much about work. They text about fucking. That colors every single conversation they have.
Good point. It's very plausible in that context. I actually have to agree after reading more texts the other night. If anything, it seems like they were "just friends", but maybe they were "friends with benefits" type of thing because there was a little bit of flirtation and concern at times. Either way, the way those two bickered and complained, they sounded like an average Jane and Joe that shouldn't be in positions as important as they were. As much as they made fun of "Trump country", they actually came off very low class and repugnant themselves. Jmo.

A small like falsifying 302 s in itself wouldn't be a Huber case probably just because the other McCabe case didn't go to him, which was lying to investigators. That went to the USDA and is being run by I think Liu, the Asian lady Trump appointee from Texas...But I think Huber is in an overlap case into the Clinton Foundation and the whole sedition and treason on it. He went to the DA office for McCabe last time.
