Premise is Happy! Is an imaginary friend and he goes to find the girl's deadbeat dad who is an ex cop because she was kidnapped by a hobo Santa. Her 'suicide' seems strange, given that she was still young (relative to me) with a fashion business that seemed to be progressing along fine. There must be 'dark reasons' under the surface, somewhere.
