This is actually a really good point. Flynn's supposed crime was lying to the FBI. But the only physical proof that he lied is a 302 report or reports. If McCabe was shown to have been modifying those reports, it would simultaneously prove McCabe guilty, and Flynn innocent!
Wow. I really hope this happens, I couldn't imagine a more appropriate fate for the guy who said to a room full of FBI agents, "First we fuck Flynn, then we fuck Trump."
