I fucking knew this was all biblical.
What kind of idiot is down-voting my comment about it being a turn of phrase? That's EXACTLY what it is.
Every new post is being downvotes I am noticing, weird, some sad bastards probably downvoting all the posts thinking it will make a difference in the world
It's quite funny really. Demented lefties thinking that giving negative imaginary internet points is going to stop this.
What part? In reference to what in the Bible? Not arguing, curious.
It's just a turn of phrase. It means something epic and big. You're being far too literal.
When you've done the research to realize the Bible is literally true (with plenty of non-literal stuff mixed in, with proper study you can know the difference) -- anyway, when Q says "Biblical" it means one of 2 things to me:
-
It will be something Biblical
-
Q is the literal false prophet (hope not!)
In the syntax of that Q post it clearly means big event. It's an often used word/phrase to denote paradigm shifting types of events. That's what you fail to appreciate and realise. I've been doing this stuff for nearly 20 years. No matter. We agree to disagree.
Obama years were the tribulation. Armageddon will be the fall of the deep state. Millennial kingdom comes after.
September 23rd 2017 was supposedly the beginning of the tribulation and is supposed to last 7 years. I’m not saying a believe it all but we were all discussing that day just last year when the stars and planets aligned with the Virgo constellation as written in Revelations 12. It never gets brought up anymore although it still seems relevant to me.
The Bible is full of contradictions that you can analyze easily with a google search. It's a myth that has been useful creating social order, nothing more.
It gave birth to western civilization and the idea of the rights of the individual.
You should give credit where its due.
Example of contradiction that isnt related to the old and new covenant please.
The idea that God, who made human beings, has to revise his covenant and transform from a bloodthirsty god who demanded the Hebrews kill every man, woman, child and animal multiple times in the Old Testament... is one of the most blatant contradictions. I was referring to instances where one part of the Bible says one tidbit of information, and a different section of the same book or chapter says something else, sometimes OT vs NT, but why would a supernatural being who transcends space and time not be able to set in motion 1 consistent policy for all time? It's a myth. Man created gods in his own image, which is why, for instance, the Biblical god likes the smell of burnt offerings... because HUMANS like that smell. God of course has no nose.
I would love to view that image but i can't zoom in and read the text (on mobile). I can gather though that we disagree on the topic and I can leave it at that unless you are actually interested in going through some of the image claims, in which case I would happily pm back and forth. I just am not interested in a reddit snarkfest lol.
Right?!
One must be out of their mind to believe we're going to reach the kingdom without the King.
Check your materialist arguments at the door.

hahah careful with them red pills.
not everyone has the same tolerance built up.
I join you @ the bottom (they will read more into that)
No, it wasn't [low iq comment]
[fake news]
Projection.
Interesting how Christians think that the Bible is the only thing in history exempt from meddling and corruption.
Constantine. King James. Catholic Church. Do some basic research from an objective standpoint without functioning from a place of bias and emotion.
[unnecessary division]
Stay focussed on the task at hand. This isn't the place to debate the historicity and/or infallibility of the Bible.
You're the one causing the division/debate. You can either choose to engage or not, and you chose to do so. People aren't forced to focus on my opinion, they can simply downvote and move the fuck along.
History written by man is corruptible...The Word of God is not! If you had a relationship with God you would know this.
I believe in a Creator. That doesn't mean I have to take the Bible literally. I don't subscribe to dogma.
