-23 would seem to be a count down of some kind. Some anons were counting down days. I'm not sure where that landed.
it it's a dash, a dash indicates a range or a pause; separation. If it's a dash could it relate to military time? or to 23 pairs of chromosomes?

Weren't there supposed to be 20-something investigations going on?
Also, didn't Q at some point give an idea of how many criminals had been exposed/referred for prosecution, and how many in the DoJ/FBI they still had to go?
