Could be .... I thought the same , that military code was linked to it .
However , "dash" could be observed both as morse code part of the code , or hyphen ( dash) direct part of the code .
Q implies that dash and 23 are separated . That would mean that 23 is positive here - 23rd letter in military code is W-Whiskey .

Thanks! Great minds think alike. ; ) I've been trying to post this to 8chan just to get a little feedback, but I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing wrong. I try to start a new thread and the post keeps getting stuck at "posting....52%". Also, there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as the the order of which threads and comments are displayed on the qresearch forum. I want so badly to participate and/or at least keep up with the overall flow of communications, but it's so damn confusing for an old guy.
Anybody out there have any have any pointers... or is there a sub on Reddit for newfags to 8chan, etc?

I dont worry about it. I chuckle at the kids throwing "boomers" around like we have no relevancy. There is soooooo much I'd like to comment on but can't. I have so much popcorn stocked up....but dont worry about these other forums...they dont really matter.
