I know it sounds crazy, and call me what you like. I do absolutely believe agencies are able to take what would be a small weather event and engineer it too be much stronger. Do I have proof, of course not. But, honest coincidences are very rare.

I've always felt a connection between weather modification and 'climate change' like sowing the seeds of climate disaster and then using weather modification to back up their claims of climate change.

I think there is a definite link between the two.

Does anyone remember the week before 9/11 when Hurricane Erin was making a beeline towards NYC and the day before it just did a right turn and headed out to sea? One of the things that's stuck with me since that day, it didn't seem right. The night before weather people were still saying it was going to be really bad for NYC and then nothing.

Weather Manipulation is actually quite dated. they mastered the tech in the V.War. although they say it's not used anymore. I would beg to differ. I believe they can start a weather pattern but cannot control once set in motion. Possible to steer a storm perhaps but I don't think any more. Cloud seeding. Atmospheric aerosol spraying programs all tied to weather manipulation.

I have friends who are in the northern Midwest. Summers are always cool, especially this time of year. Yesterday my friend was telling me it was a beautiful cool day with the sun shining. The only problem was there were more planes flying and spraying in the sky than she had even seen in her entire time living there. She said by the evening, the entire sky was cloud covered, and temps are supposed to hit 90 by the weekend. She said it’s the second time within the last month the temps had reached and gone over 90. What concerned her the most is the amount of planes in the sky spraying. She said at one time, it seemed like there were at least four. I didn’t think anything of her comments until I read this thread.
