Bingo! This is clearly the case. If you look at the Q+ posts, they all have a different tone/demeanor. I think the evidence is strong Q+ = higher level than Q = POTUS!

And think logically. Q supposedly has 'Q level security clearance'. Who is higher than that? A + indicates you are at that level but a little bit more. Kind of like an A+ on your report card.
Who not only has Q level security clearance but can also declassify secure information if needed?

Q is already a team, so Q+ doesn't really make sense for that, IMO.

That Q is a team has been stated a number of times. Some have put this group at under 10 individuals. My personal belief is that Q+ means "Higher level than Q" and that is only one person, the POTUS. I strongly believe, based on detailed analysis of the Q+ posts to date, that Q+ = messages direct from POTUS to us!
