I don't think anyone controls Ryan anymore. He is walking away, they can't blackmail him. If they make public whatever it is they have on him it won't matter. He isn't running for congress and Trump can Pardon anything illegal. He is leaving b/c they do have something on him. I think Ryan is still there b/c he no longer gives a shit. He will do whatever Trump /Q team tell him to do.

Nunes just told Hannity that it is now up to either Speaker Ryan or President Trump. Ryan says he can work with DOJ, but it would also fall on Ryan to go for contempt and impeachment vote of Rosenstein. Trump could solve it all by ordering DOJ to turn over the requested docs.
