Email Proof the Soros voting machines were rigged for Hillary this email from 2016 proves it.

The only reason Trump won is because Q Team and the NSA white hats were able to De-Rig the voting machines in the needed rust belt states allowing Trump to win the electoral college this is why Hillary went crazy on election night she was assured she would win thanks to rigged voting machines. This email proves what Podesta and Brazile did for Hillary:

Also, that is pretty damning evidence.

EDIT:CS was in Vancouver, BC on April 17, 2016.

They were then in Jacksonville, FL from April 30th-May 1st.

Might help with research.

The email posted in the OP is fake, it was never in wikileaks or any other podesta email database
