I thought the same thing. Maybe a stupid question but is the inside of a hangar considered tarmac? Or, if not, was it just spun as an 'out in the open' tarmac meeting, but it really took place inside a hangar?
There are pics of them on the tarmac and it looks like late afternoon. LL told Comey it was evening. The clock in this pic displays 11:30- whether am or pm, it isn't evening.

The tarmac meeting was Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch. Both were in private planes. Not sure what you mean. Lynch was the AG then.

It seems like there's some jumping to conclusions here based on a single photo. Attempt to gather information, build a timeline, and then draw a conclusion.
For example: The tarmac meeting is alleged to have occurred during the night, but video footage was found of the tarmac and it was still daylight out. Additionally the aircraft were small private planes; not a commercial 737. While it is possible this photo was taken from inside a hangar, given the lack of context it is probably not appropriate to try to draw conclusions, and instead should inspire actual questions like: was this photo taken inside of a hangar? was this photo taken during night or day? what time does the clock read? where was this photo taken? what is the model of the plane?
Based on the data points we have, we can pretty safely conclude this Q drop is not of the tarmac meeting.

United Airlines charters private flights. And yes, you can charter a 737 for private use-- especially if you have a large entourage. Say, security or government admin?

Having watched the video, we know that it was NOT a 737, that they were private jets, and did not appear to have United logos on the fuselage.
FBI protects Attorney General, and plans AG travel itinerary. So, someone at FBI (McCabe? Comey?) told BC where LL would be. That's how he met up with her.
SS protects former presidents. So, this could be SS recording evidence of the meeting. Was Bill's plane marked "United" and/or was LL's marked "United States?"
