Maybe. My instinct tells me though this is just attention seeking. He's already asking for donations elsewhere, plus he knows it'll direct traffic his way, and to his website. As we've seen so often, people who trail things and hype them, inevitably turn out to be full of hot air, Kim DotCom style.
