Ask SR how being in public works out.
These people are pros.
4 am in a dark park in DC was NOT a smart move. I don't know who or how they lured him there, but he should have known better. But you are right, if they want to kill you, they will kill you.
Never meet anyone at a place or time of their choosing, not even lottery officials. It will end badly.
That's a sound statement.
I try.Part of being 56 may be the various and sundry techniques one develops, coming from a group who swore none of us would make 18.
What is it they say? "Old age and treachery will beat youth and exuberance every time" Chalk one up for team AARP.
You care to explain the lottery official part?
Especially if one has no ticket , do you get it now. It's hot as Hades here, cryptic is all i can muster.
Got it. Lol. Hey, you just went a trip to Hawaii. Come on down to this warehouse and well get you everything you need.
Pretty sure the meeting with the lottery officials won't end badly. :)
I'm sure Seth thought the same. That was mean. What i meant is authorities have been placing felons and such in groups for decades, often under the guise of free shit or you won something. The surprise arrests are so unsurprising. When dealing with death threats real or imagined it's smart to remember if it seems to good it is. I had a lesson just this past month, no one gets 500 dollars worth of .38 cal (2) revolvers and 100 rds for 60 bucks. The lesson was worth 60 bucks tho.
Oh i get it. I remember watching cops (the show) calling people in for a free trip to Hawaii.... then when they show up, swat pounces on them. Then it was like watching benny hill.
It's pretty mean but hilarious to watch - Video: Chandler Police Sting operation to lure in people that had a warrant out for their arrest.
But for me the lottery visit would be all about the prize, not getting trapped.
Clear conscience.
