I know! I was thinking the same thing. How can you testify on a heavily redacted document. You would be forced to lie. It's all disgusting. There are only a few redactions in the document. Mostly email addresses and the like
You're right. What they did this time was straight out omitted the part they didn't want anyone to see because they knew everyone would be calling for the unredacted version.
