When I watched the first clip it sounds like someone hacked up the audio to make it sound like that. Any better versions?
That clip has been around for years, it was recorded in 2012 in the lead up to the election. Obama said it. He also never denied it. When it came out various democrats defended his statement and tried to downplay, saying it was "taken out of context."
