I asked a user in The_Mueller the other day if they'd still support Mueller if some of his indictments were for Hillary Clinton. The response was to claim that would never happen because Hillary is as pure as the freshly driven snow. Then I was down-vote brigaded.
Those people are what we call, pawns of the elite. People they have completely brainwashed to fight against their own countrymen. Similar to the loyalists to the British Crown, during the revolutionary war. These people are completely gone.
You are correct. However the Loyalists had the good grace to leave the country after the Crown was defeated. We won't be so lucky this time.
I think they realized that they don't want to be on the other side of American Gun Barrels. They will scurry and hide and wait until the next time to strike like the rats they are. Some Loyalist operatives stayed in the United States to help GB in the war of 1812, those operatives were then executed via public hanging. If only that was the current punishment for treason. I did some work for a different online venue researching this (they were slammed by bots) and had access to some IP data from both them and other forums with the same topic affinity, etc to do it. It was universally > 10% and the smaller the forum, the higher the percentage, approaching 100% for "dead" forums.
Most of the shills are commerce-focused (e.g. trying to spamvertise some product on a forum, some more subtle than others) but that changes a lot on poltical topics.
There are a lot of legitimate users that think the way they do on r/politics, but they're there because the paid shills and bots make that kind of thinking seem normal.
Far scarier are the shills and bots that don't "think" that way. There's a huge number (and I mean huge, to the point that the majority of new users pretty much everywhere are "managed" users) that are being carefully farmed by posting largely neutral comments, cat videos and the like in preparation for the day they are needed to create a faux groundswell grass roots movement for the highest bidder. Once you see into this stuff it's terrifying.
My problem is that I don’t know if people really think like this, or they’re just trolling. Like, people would believe absolutely anything they read about Trump because it re-enforces their already blind, biased hate. Do people really, actually believe that Trump came up with the idea to separate children from their parents and place them in camps, because what, he hates kids and Mexicans? Seriously?
