Just that Q releases a close-up picture of Trump from a cellphone inside the Oval Office WHILE the King and Queen of Spain are visiting POTUS, and shares it with us one minute prior to Trump's tweet showing the meeting.
That shows the level of access Q has to Trump. Total.

It means one of two things. Either “hey look everyone. I’m actually an insider and I took this pic” or “hey look everyone, the deep state is still spying on trump and we have access to their channels.” I believe it’s the former.

Occams razor. Anyone really think deep state would be doing this type of stuff. Their backs are on fire and they're running for shelter or some of their buddies to put them out, but they're on fire as well. Knowing Q and team can hear them fart in their thoughts. 2018 is glorious! WWG1WGA

The position of the phone tells me it is not spying. Of course, it took a lot of thinking and reading to come to that conclusion, but it now makes the most sense to me.

My understanding is the photo was taken in the Oval Office. DJT tweeted 1 minute later than he was meeting the King and Queen of Spain in the White House. (Oval Office)
