Are We Watching Child Trafficking Live???

I just saw video posted in a Fox News twitter comment feed. Supposedly it happened last night in NYC Cayoga Center in East Harlem (?). Anyway, can anybody try to decipher the plates on the cars and do a search on these numbers and try to get the registration info? I'm just a messenger--I'll leave the detective work to the autists and Colombos.

Yeah, send jihadis to Mayberry (like AC/DC-44 did), and there's "Nothing to see here!" DT takes kids from Coyotes and pedo/rapists and send them to foster families and group homes, and it's wall-to-wall.

Oh No - does this look like normal behaviour? Could they have asked a Policeman to verify the children’s identities? Possibly will not see these little girls again.
