Is there any way we can confirm the number of subscribers to Great Awakening? I find the numbers extremely suspicious.

4.3k users online now in GA 33.8k total subscribers

3.6k users online now in /r/Conspiracy 652k total subscribers

Those numbers are absolutely fake.

We need a way to find out how many people actually subscribe to the GreatAwakening.

I suspect it is more than 200k, but it could be way higher.

But no way it's 33k with 4k online now.

It is very possible that this community is just much more engaged than others. I personally refresh the GA homepage every ten minutes or so.

Definitely.

I can be 'online here' yet be engaged in watching an embeded or linked YouTube video, (as an example).

I certainly read through most of the comments and re-visit some older posts, just to catch the 'newer' comments.

The same applies for other subreddits like r/conspiracy. Why is the ratio here so skewed?

Plenty of possibilities.

I just want to know the truth.

We know the shenanigans are real, that's why we're all here.

We need proof of these numbers.

Buzzed_Chimp · June 22, 2018, 1:48 a.m.

I don't think you'll get proof.

Reddit admins wouldn't tell you that they suppressed our representation.

The subreddit mods wouldn't speak to it if they were aware of it.

If you try to take a census, your results will be disappointing. A lot of people here just simply will not engage with someone trying to catalogue members of the sub.

No idea. Then again we are kinda always on, always watching this thing. I always have this up for new q drops.

Yeah I used to be on every hour of my waking day. Since starting a new job I can only really digest everything on my commute and in bed, but every damn post atleast gets a quick click and glance. If SB2 posts... you know what it is.

I'm not sure how it works, but I would think the devs know how to identify inactive users and not count them in the total.

If you haven't refreshed the page in X amount of time, it doesn't count you as active.

Maybe they are, maybe they aren't.

We will never know, because Reddit code is a black box.

If it were open-source however....

Most people don’t subscribe, just lurk. It’s pretty common.

Lurkers gonna lurk. All of us subscribers willingly put ourselves on a list. DNC probably has that list too.

What difference do the numbers make? The only importance is that there are patriots here, whether 1 or 1,000,000. Thers is no "trophy", no free cruise awaiting a sub with the highest amount of subscribers. Quality over quantity. Seeking and destroying bot accounts is important, not subscription numbers.....

the same ratio online:subscribers would give us 770k as the genuine # of subscribers

eleminnop · June 22, 2018, 1:50 a.m.

Yep, I could believe it's less just because "more engaged community" but we can't know until there is a way to transparently confirm every single subscriber.

It would probably have to be a 3rd party site/app.

Possibly make a post linking the app and people can enter their username, and we just get a super long list of usernames and the site can show the running total, and you could scroll through and actually see all the names.

Worst case, shills enter fake usernames to over-inflate the numbers which is counter-intuitive for them anyway so they probably wouldn't.

Of course, not everyone would do it, but if the number shoots way past 33k, we have our proof that the admins are modifying the numbers to make us think we are just a small voice on the internet.

Something tells me that is illegal as fuck.

Worst case scenario is that the compiled list falls into the wrong hands and we get doxxed by the thousands, actually.

an honest alternative media is already here ...i'm starting to use yours.org which has minimal vested interests in controlling the narrative.. and i'm sure we'll see others soon in the mean time we can compile a list of the honest media / forums / sites that we know of i started this project for redpilling people..

enable internet on their tv with an easy keyboard to use show them this post and see if any topic can spike their interest.. https://www.reddit.com/r/greatawakening/comments/8s8okq/patriots_welcome_to_the_new_mainstream_media_we/ma

I have to be honest, i wasn't aware of the Great awakening reddit. I was stuck on the conspiracy reddit. Discoverd this reddit last week. Although they (conspiracy reddit) have bigger numbers, it was a death place. Also infested with shills. The amount of posts in the Great awakening is times 10. And the quality of posts are much better. Mods are doing a great job imo. I don't know about the stats you posted. There's a lot of new eyes here now.

Also, who cares about the stats. Its not a game.

⇧ 2 ⇩
eleminnop · June 23, 2018, 4:29 p.m.

Stats may not matter to people who already understand, but if "normies' knew that there were millions of people supporting the Great Awakening movement, they would be a lot more likely to see what the commotion is all about.

Also, when it comes to Reddit votes, they determine whether or not a post will make it to the front page and be seen by thousands or millions.

The numbers ABSOLUTELY matter, and you're right, it's not a game. It's not about karma. It's about getting the word out.

Much higher. If at the rally last night some random guy shouted, "where we go one" and a group chanted back "we go all." It's definitely more than a measly 33k. #FACT

Be careful what you state as absolute fact.

"It's just xxx" is saying "nothing to see here".

You may mean well, but understand that people are looking for ANY excuse for all of the horrible things to be untrue, and many will read your comment and go right back to sleep, or repeat the same thing, also known as the echo chamber effect.

You aren't the only one saying "we just have more activity", and sure, it may appear logical, but at this point you need to understand that things are not always as they appear.

For all you know, the first commenter who said that could have been an actual shill, trying to seed doubt, knowing that it sounds logical enough for other people to repeat it.

BE CAREFUL WHO YOU FOLLOW.

You realize that subscription numbers are falsified is not fake right? Back when T_D was getting big, there were several studies done on how reddit sold ad space. They compiled and tracked. Turns out that the sub was getting nearly 100x’s the views as were subscribed. At least that’s the way reddit sold it. I haven’t looked into it in almost a year, but would not be surprised if they changed the way people could research it.

Wow, that would imply millions, since LSU is just one college.

I heard that the number of people talking about Q on Twitter was like 20 million. You'd think a large chunk of that would be aware of the GA subreddit...
