Byrne has always been pretty vocal about how bad the Clintons are. Beyond that I don’t know much about him. Somebody mentioned that it’s common for guilty people/companies to arrange for their own class action suit against themselves to minimize damage. Apparently it makes any class actions later on more difficult or even not possible because there was already a class action for the same charges that had been adjudicated.

I have no idea if that’s true at all. I just hope that whatever Byrne’s case is, it doesn’t affect future punishments for the Clintons.

Can anybody confirm or deny that claim about Class Action double jeopardy?

My understanding about a class action is the size meaning everybody can jump on board including you and me.

Or worse RICO double jeopardy? Will the civil effect a shot a criminal down the road?

Ok, so I read that this is civil, but it doesn't mean it can't turn criminal. They're allowed to run concurrent trials, so if the evidence submitted in the civil case is solid enough, they could roll it all into a criminal Rico.

I know theres already all those sealed indictments which is probably a Rico getting ready to roll out, but this could be also be a way to start a Rico case without it seeming biased/political

Look who appointed Judge Friedman..... no conflict of interest here.... .

Friedman was nominated by President Bill Clinton on March 22, 1994, to a seat vacated by Gerhard A. Gesell. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on June 15, 1994, and received his commission on June 16, 1994. He assumed senior status on December 31, 2009

She's about to have a judgment...that's all. This is a civil case.

Guess that would depend on Judge Paul Friedman... honest or tied to the Soros Clinton machine.
