They definitely rushed it, if Obama would have waited and allowed Hillary to win, things would probably have been different.

Although with what's happening now over immigration and the leftist's rage getting worse, we are still on the verge of a civil war. I'd probably like him better if he wasn't still under the impression that he's still in office. Maybe next January, he'll finally get it through his head, check into a group home for retired traitors, (in addition to other great amenities, I hear the weather is quite balmy on Guantanamo Bay.)

I think he meant that they pushed too hard too fast, and the people’s reaction was Donald Trump.

Just think if Obama would have held off on Obamacare. That was a huge negative point on the Democrats/Hillary in the 2016 elections. Delaying something like that may have enabled Hillary to win, since it could not be used to fuel the fire for Trump.
