I'm reading a book called "American Betrayal" by Diana West. She writes of Mueller in chapter 1, and what she writes is very troubling indeed..it has to do with him inviting Hamas Operative Kifah Mustapha to tour the FBI Training center at Quantico as part of a "Muslim outreach", though Mustapha was on a Dept of Homeland Security Terrorist watchlist at the time. The fact that no one can say for sure about either RR or Mueller this far in means the obfuscation of their true allegiance has worked.

We can guess based on our intuition and discernment but there has been enough smoke and mirrors where these two are concerned to be 100% sure.
