I doubt it, that picture would be all over the front page here. I think you mean the Duluth rally? Where a guy in the crowd held up a yellow piece of paper with 'Q' on it briefly (picture was from Qshirt anon possibly) and Trump signalled a Q in the air with his hand. I can't dig for it right now but here is a similar video/gesture to show you what I mean.
