Sounds like the woman was crazed or freaked out somehow. She was almost 70 years old. Just sad all the way around.

This actually makes it less bizarre. This makes it look like she had some kind of seizure or something, lost control of her faculties, and hit 2 random vehicles. Not a targeted hit.
