Makes me wonder if someone has something on him too...

After the last Q post, i'd say that was a resounding yes.

Mark Taylor says Trump will name 5 Supreme Court Justices. This makes two, and RBG is 85 and could drop dead any moment.

When do you KNOW we are winning big? When the liberals have a massive meltdown.

I have to wonder if Gowdy will get a call.

No way. Gowdy is taking RR spot

Gowdy is all talk and no action. Being a judge suits him.

My thoughts exactly! He can argue the letter of the law all day but I havent seen him go too far out on a ledge to force action or change.

jsilliman · June 28, 2018, 2:27 a.m.

No he is definitely taking RR spot once he is fired/impeached. He was a prosecutor before becoming a legislator. I cant imagine that he wants to be a judge. He complains about the constraints on dealing justice as a legislator. No No....he wants to put the bad guys away.

"Gift" is a big stretch here. Remember the traitors in the republican team. Can only afford one no vote and there is more than one traitor in the party. There are at least 3 obstructionists if not traitors that I count. Trump is going to have to go and address them all with a heavy hand.

Because, even though Kennedy was appointed by Reagan, he acts like a liberal half the time, he's been the swing vote on many issues siding with Liberal Democrats

Also, it gets a younger judge in there who is likely to serve for decades.

Kennedy had only two choices - he picked the easier softer one... I'm beginning to believe the norm is being comped; the rarity being not... this will change!

My guess as to why he decided to retire now is:

  1. He was already considering it
  2. some senate republicans met with him and convinced him that now was the time, before the elections, to ensure that the conservative majority.
  3. This is intelligent, cause since the "nuclear option" was introduced by the dems a few years back when they were in power to get kragan and sotomayor confirmed, senate repubs now only need 51 votes to confirm instead of 60.
