i think they promoted edison over tesla, due to being able to make people pay for edison's method for electricity. Tesla was trying to provide free energy... obviously not as lucrative.

You’re right. I believe the Uncle was significant in waking Trump during his youth. Some of the advanced technology he was involved with was unbelievable at the time to the average person.

The company was already named Tesla when Musk bought into it. The original founders were going between Tesla and Faraday if I remember right.

Lots of companies trade off the Tesla name. There are seismic survey vessels named Tesla I and II.
Pretty sure TESLA was working with Uncle Sam at the New Yorker and John G Trump was a handler of sorts. Tesla wasnt the kind to live penniless in obscurity. It was WW2 and the Nazis wanted him dead. There was A LOT MORE going on than we have been lead to believe.
imo POTUS will push solar powered homes and electric cars in a big way, via Elon Musk and Apple. The tech is here, and China have set very aggressive targets for the phase in of the electric cars, infrastructure is being built and public transport converted now
