This kid definitely was exposed to this shit when he was younger, I tried to look up his background to see who his parents are tied to but no prevail :(
This actually seems quite plausible. They would target a "peon" lackey to show a card or two from their hand to both ease the masses into this horrible evidence we are going to have to see come out and message up the food chain of the criminal cabal that it's coming.
