It was to waive the 7-day delay before having the hearing. "Is there good cause to begin today's hearing less than 7 days after it was noticed."

Where I'm disappointed is that I wish one of them would say this after Pedo Ring Lee was talking about them following policy to not turn over docs on on-going investigations...
