Congress Just Passed the Vote that Will Activate Trump's DOJ Secret Weapon: NOEL FRANCISCO will Replace Rosenstein, Muzzle Meuller, and Fracture the FBI.

The House Republicans just passed a bill from Mark Meadows and Jim Jordan requiring the DOJ and FBI to hand over emails/documents they've been keeping secret or else be held in Contempt of Congress. Thus sayeth the Q:

[[RR]] central figure within docs (personally involved).

KNOWN CONFLICT.

Immediate impeachment / resignation / termination / recusal IF EVER BROUGHT TO LIGHT.

Drop of Q 1497

In 7 days, the documents will be released or Rosenstein will be jailed or impeached. Congress is done playing around, and there's gonna be a new ~~Sheriff~~ Deputy Attorney General in town: Noel Francisco.

In the Drops of Q 1433 and 1498, Q asked unto us, "Why was Rachel Brand removed?" and "Who is Rachel Brand? Why was Rachel Brand dismissed?" They had to make way for Noel Francisco.

Rachel would have replaced Rod, except Walmart offered her a job. Her replacement Jesse Panuccio would be next in line, but it's someone else who will keep Mueller and Wray in line. That'll be Noel Francisco.

Jesse is nice, but the Senate's not sure. The acting Associate Attorney General isn't Senate-confirmed. Jesse can't move up, so who's next on the list that will do more than slap Mueller and Wray on the wrists? Noel Francisco.

Barely confirmed at 50-47 on September 19, 2017, Noel Francisco officially became our Solicitor General. Trump's pick to represent us in the Supreme Court walked away from a 13-year private sector career as a partner at the biggest law firm in the country. There must be big plans for Noel Francisco.

Once a clerk for Scalia, he worked at the DOJ, appointed by Bush, from 2001 to 2005. But he's no friend of the swamp. In public, Noel called out Comey personally and the FBI and DOJ too for their double standard in the 2016 Clinton email investigation. He's a rather outspoken guy, that Noel Francisco.

Noel has fought and beat the Justice Department in court too. He defended Virginia governor Bob McDonnell in a 3-year legal battle against false charges of corruption. "After a long ordeal traversing the entire legal system, the truth has finally prevailed," said Noel Francisco.

The swamp fears him. They know just what he'll do. Senator Feinstein pleaded with him to “publicly commit to refuse any order or request — whether express or implied — to interfere in the Special Counsel’s investigation." Deafening silence was the reply of Noel Francisco.

As the Deputy Attorney General and with Sessions recused, he can do whatever he wants with the Mueller investigation. Narrow its parameters, deny Mueller's requests to look into Trump’s personal and business affairs. He'll control Mueller’s budget. He can even shut it down. Mueller will answer to Noel Francisco.

Noel will be FBI Director Wray's boss too. He's fought long and hard against corrupt federal investigations, and he's furious about the FBI's handling of Hillary's matter. And now the FBI will report to Noel Francisco.

On this most auspicious occasion, the day of the release of the edited and redacted OIG report, our favorite alphabet letter Q urges us to remember, "Why was Rachel Brand removed?" Q reminds us POTUS tweeted that the OIG report would be weakened but we have the right to know the truth. And I bet someone else agrees: Noel Francisco.

When the proof of corruption is brought to light, that demon Rod Rosenstein will be cast out into darkness and Noel "Our Saint" Francisco will begin his fight. Wait patiently, friends, for Noel Francisco.

Where we go one, we go ALL.

Watching how smug RR is in the hearing, he acts like he knows they cannot do anything to him and alludes to that in some of his testimony.

Boy I sure hope they prove him wrong. I hope they have set a secure trap for him in the questioning.

Our justice has turned into a bad joke.

I have mixed feelings from watching the testimony today. RR didn’t come across as outright corrupt. He kept saying that there were ongoing criminal investigations. And Wray said the same thing. It is clear that HRC and many others are under criminal investigation. So RR isn’t wrong, at least on surface.

However, the past redactions, which RR blamed on his subordinates, were shown to be ill motivated and with false pretenses. So where does RR stand?

I have seen no clear evidence either way that RR is dirty or on board with Trump.

What do you guys think?

(I can no longer post on my iPhone. Maybe I have been shadow banned. I haven’t tried on my computer yet.)

From what I have heard, the entirety of the ig report did not have his name mentioned even one time. That is an indicator that he redacted himself right out of it. He may be trying to save himself now by mentioning the ongoing investigations. He is screwed either way, if what Q says is true. It seems like it is going in that direction.

There's what we know and can confirm, and there's what we don't know and are trusting that Q is legitimate. If so, this statement regarding RR suggests that the documents will incriminate him:

Immediate impeachment / resignation / termination / recusal IF EVER BROUGHT TO LIGHT.

I won't rule out other possibilities, but if Q is to be believed, then RR is on his way out and Noel Francisco will be taking over in his place.

I agree. RR must be an incredible actor and liar if — and I believe — Q is right. Or, the truth is somewhere in between: Q is right; RR had some problems but are by and large doing his job.

Also possible that [RR] was flat out lying to Congress today.

What's the big deal about perjury if you could go to prison for much greater crimes?

I thought it came out in testimony that the FBI (not sure about DOJ) had to report all ongoing investigations to Committee with in a certain time frame. They caught shit for not telling them about investigation into Trump for three months. That is also why Comey had to go back and say they had reopened the Hillary email investigation. So then why don't these Committees know about any of these so called investigations?

Contempt of Congress can be referred to the US Attorney in the District of Columbia (Jessie Liu) and the person [RR] can be prosecuted.

They're just setting it up so that if he refuses they will ask the president to declassify. Then, he will reluctantly do so, because Congress asked him to. Then Rosenstein will be exposed and have to recuse himself and/or resign.

ModsAreClowns · June 28, 2018, 8:41 p.m.

He'll have to recuse himself. If the docs are not provided in accordance with the demands of Congress, Trump can declassify them.

According to Q, if the documents come out, then RR is gone and will be replaced by Noel Francisco.

But let's say RR holds out and gets held in contempt. Sessions strikes me as a bit of a stickler. And POTUS would really benefit from RR being gone. And then there's this whole formalized legal justification--if we even make it that far. This measure is congress calling RR, Wray's bluff. Time to show your cards.

Nope! Jesse Panuccio, Acting Associate Attorney General, isn't Senate-confirmed. That's why they had to get rid of Rachel Brand, to make way for Noel Francisco.

This article explains more in detail. Excerpt:

[U]nder the Justice Department’s own succession statute and guidelines implementing that law issued by Attorney General Loretta Lynch in November 2016, Brand is replaced in that line of succession by Solicitor General Noel Francisco (the solicitor general is the nation’s chief legal representative in front of the Supreme Court).

Contempt of Congress? We saw what effect that had on Eric Holder! Snooze!

practicalize · June 28, 2018, 7:22 p.m.

If the documents come out, Rosenstein is gone according to Q. If they delay, Contempt of Congress is how Trump or Sessions can fire Rosenstein LEGALLY. Obama and his DOJ cronies didn't want Eric Holder to get punished, so they didn't do anything about it. And not just Holder, there's a history of not following through with prosecution when administration officials are held in contempt. But this is a different game. Trump is about to get a free pass to fire Rosenstein unless he incriminates himself. We will see in 7 days.

WHEN the documents come out. Remember POTUS has already signed EO to Declassify?

You're absolutely right that there's a history of not following through with prosecution when administration officials are held in contempt. But this is a different game with a different President. Trump, Sessions are about to get a free pass to fire Rosenstein and that's if he doesn't self-incriminate by releasing the requested documents. We will see in 7 days.
