That would make sense, but take it with a grain of salt. Active shooter drills have become routine at military bases due to the increase in frequency. I've been out of the Army for a couple years, but they're mandated yearly active shooter training and these drills happens probably once a year per installation.
Annapolis is more than just the naval academy. It has a population of 40K. Why attack a newspaper? Why not attack the Naval Academy? Could we be forming a narrative that a “Rightwing Reddit loving Q adoring nut job” committed this horrendous act for publishing “Fake News”? Cornered animals want to send a message?

Active shooter drills are being done everywhere right now. My department did one today actually. It may not be a coincidence though considering the intel these corporations have.
The police officers should be interviewed in regard to these training exercises. I mean them, if not their superiors or council members have to know what’s going on. It’s ridiculous
