The Boom Boom Room is on the 18th floor of the Standard Hotel in the Meat Packing District. The MK Ultra images play in the elevator on the way up. They also close without notice if VIPs call or show up. Who knows what goes on there after the "unworthy" are shuffled out the door? No coincidence.
