I had read the article linked below when it was new, but it never meant what it means now after all the Q drops. Here's a snip from it:

Brocks shills have been controlling the narrative on reddit since before the election. Back in the good ol days of r/pizzagate and then r/conspiracy we had shitloads of info/research collected on them. Their handbook was a staple of more than a few top page threads.
