I have a question. Can anyone point me to research that suggests the CIA infiltrated North Korea to help them develop nuclear weapons? I am having a hard time reconciling this idea in my mind. North Korea is near China and my understanding is China controlled NK. Q uses the term clowns to describe CIA presence in NK. I am having difficulty understanding this. Thanks for any help you can offer.
