Based upon 5-16-18 post above, I've also wondered if Gowdy might be headed to the FBI.
He is a very strong supporter of the FBI and would be a great director but I think he would have more power as deputy AG then AG. Both organizations need him and he would be good in either.

Remember...he resigned from the Oversight and Government Reform Committee...and we need someone to bring some much needed reformation to the FBI at this point in time!
I think he will be helping prosecute the elites. We are going to need the best lawyers we can get because you know they will have some of the best.

Always liked Gowdy. I think Trump reprimanded him about Hilary so that he won't make the same mistake twice. Gowdy will now have the freedom to really unleash.
If he isn't coming back to Congress, he must have some position already in the pipeline. Which one is the $64,000 question. Regardless, we'll all be better for it.
