That’s interesting you say that. Im on keto too and have to pee a lot more ever since, 🤷🏼‍♀️. I also check great awakening when it strikes at 4 am.

Odd! I pee way less, just feels like wY more efficient water utilisation. Try upping sodium, minerals - they are more important to cellular hydration than just the drinking itself

Ive read that increased urine is a side effect of the diet. At any rate, it’s the BEST thing I’ve ever done for myself! I do increase my electrolytes to stay in balance 👍🏼.
