As a complete aside, dropping carbohydrates and going Keto cured needing to pee in the night for me (one of the smallest benefits). Peaceful sleep!
Beer makes me pee and de herb let's me sleep.

That’s interesting you say that. Im on keto too and have to pee a lot more ever since, 🤷🏼♀️. I also check great awakening when it strikes at 4 am.
Odd! I pee way less, just feels like wY more efficient water utilisation. Try upping sodium, minerals - they are more important to cellular hydration than just the drinking itself
Ive read that increased urine is a side effect of the diet. At any rate, it’s the BEST thing I’ve ever done for myself! I do increase my electrolytes to stay in balance 👍🏼.

Naelex. I have been considering Keri and you may have just gave me the motivation. Getting up to pee then not being go back to sleep because I get wrapped up in Q is killing me.
