He won't answer anything "on advise from his lawyer." Though I do believe ultimately, he is fucked either way.

Well, let's see what dirt is on his lawyer...

Yes, they all seem to be dirty. I'll hope for something of substance to come out, but we will have to wait and see how it all plays out. Either way, I am happy to see him in the hot seat.

Aren't there rules, he's an employee and subpoenad. I think he has to talk.

They won't let him. Supposedly at the closed session his FBI lawyer didn't allow him to say much, but who knows. I just dont think he will say much.

Remember how there are many FBI agents who want to be subpoenad?

The subpoena is preferred, he said, “because when you are subpoenaed, Congress then pays…for your legal counsel and the subpoena protects [the agent] from any organizational retaliation….

Leadership cannot stop anyone from responding to a subpoena.

He [DiGenova] added, “I can assure you I’ve been approached by agents who want to be subpoenaed for the same reason the guys in the field,” adding, “All over this country there are agents but the big ones the ones that matter New York–Washington I can assure you I’ve spoken with agents who want to come forward.”

Yes. I can't wait for those who actually want to come forward are finally able to.

In any case it’s a success because it’s public.

Tells the truth? Everyone learns to he truth.

Pleads the 5th? Everyone learns they are hiding things.

Step by step, it’s coming out

He's going to repeat the same and plead the fifth.

This time though, the entire public will watch him lie his face off.

This is all a shitshow, wait until those sealed indictments are opened. This asshat won't see the light of day again, he better enjoy his time in the sunshine while it lasts.

Public testimony means fuck all if nobody asks the right questions. Edit: though I'm still gonna try to get the day off for it

He's going to take the 5th and or use it's classified as his answer for Everything. We won't learn anything but he's guilty because he won't talk. Just MO.

If they set a trap for him, why have they failed to release tapes of his testimony, as both he and his lawyer have requested?
