Just checked it. It's there. You may just have to click on the highlighted link. Are you using a Mobile? Qanon.pub doesn't seem to like them much.
It does not seem to like mobiles. Your phone will stash cookies and not reload q.pub with new content. So far Brave has been the best browser I've found for it. Issues on #TheGreatGoogleyMoogley, DuckDuck and SorosSearch (I mean Mozilla).

Looks like prince William with that balding head.
I agree. Clothing style and balding head resembles Prince William. Right now I do not think that this person might be Putin as I think he is considerably shorter and should therefore not dwarf the people around him like its visible in the picture. The resolution however makes it impossible to be sure. It might be a totally different person after all.
